Returns

– Complete, unused items can be returned within 5 working days of receipt.
– Cut fabric cannot be returned due to its custom nature.

Conditions for Returns

– Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
– Items must be returned with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
– Returns will be accepted for a refund or exchange, subject to availability.

If the return is due to an error on the customer's part (wrong size, color, or item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

– Carefully package the item with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

– Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchanges

– Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
– Customer is responsible for paying any difference in price between the original and new item.
